Terms & Conditions — 9kwin User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 9kwin online gaming platform, including its website, mobile interface, applications and all associated content and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 9kwin ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game, sport or promotional activity offered through 9kwin, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 9kwin following any posted revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 9kwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licence jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 9kwin or any associated entity;
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services that would cover the Platform;
• You are acting with your own funds and are not using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately, providing truthful, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during registration.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances and pending bonuses in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

KYC Documentation: 9kwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and will require verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents for Pakistani users may include:

• A valid, unaltered CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides, fully legible;
• A valid passport;
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement or equivalent dated within the preceding 90 days;
• A selfie or liveness check as required by the Operator's verification process.

The Operator reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account at any stage if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

All deposits must be made through the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable fees and processing timeframes are displayed in the live cashier and may change without prior notice.

Currency: Where the Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions, all deposit amounts will be credited and balances displayed in PKR. The Operator does not control exchange rates or third-party transaction fees.

Payment Method Responsibility: You must use only payment methods that are legitimately registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited. The Operator is not responsible for transactions declined by payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers. Payment references to services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are used for user familiarity only and do not imply endorsement, support or availability.

Deposits are intended for use in placing bets or playing games on the Platform. The Platform is not a banking service. Deposits made in error will be returned subject to the Operator's standard processing procedures, less any applicable transaction fees, provided no gameplay has occurred.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available Real Money balance subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

1. The User's Account has been fully verified (KYC completed to the Operator's satisfaction);
2. All applicable wagering requirements associated with active or previously claimed bonuses have been met;
3. The Account is in good standing with no open disputes, fraud flags or self-exclusion restrictions;
4. The requested amount meets the Operator's minimum withdrawal threshold as stated in the cashier;
5. The User's identity matches the payment method used for deposit and/or withdrawal.

Processing Times: The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing duration depends on the selected payment method, KYC status, the Operator's internal review procedures and the policies of the relevant payment provider. Users should refer to the cashier for indicative timeframes.

The Operator reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method where required for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, even if an alternative withdrawal method has been requested.

9kwin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of activation, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn. Different game categories may contribute to wagering at different rates (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate). The applicable contribution rates will be stated in the offer terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to expiry periods. Any unmet wagering requirement after the expiry date will result in the forfeit of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from that bonus.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as provided in the applicable offer terms;
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and account suspension;
• Where a User has an active bonus, the Operator may withhold withdrawal of the deposit amount until wagering requirements are satisfied, in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

Users must at all times use the Platform lawfully, honestly and in good faith. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in collusion, match-fixing, advantage gambling or exploitation of technical errors;
• Initiating or facilitating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users.

All content on the 9kwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds and compiled information — is the intellectual property of 9kwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kwin and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party provider outages or events outside the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure;
• Losses arising from your non-compliance with applicable local law, including Pakistani gambling restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or money laundering;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Where required by applicable law, a regulator, a payment provider or a court order;
• At the User's own request, including where a self-exclusion request has been submitted.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to the User's breach, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method following satisfactory KYC confirmation.

9kwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. Users are encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available through the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

9kwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the Account.

The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of 9kwin following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's registered jurisdiction, as stated in the Platform's licensing information.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 9kwin's support team through the Help Center or Live Chat. The Operator will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Operator may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or arbitration service where applicable under its licence conditions.

Pakistani users acknowledge that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over the Operator and that any dispute resolution process will be governed by the laws and procedures of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, not Pakistani law.
